  1. I’m so please to have mental health being a part of this conference. Not because stuttering is mental, but so many effects are. NLP and Mindfulness have helped me so much to get through the struggles I’ve been through. Today I have an illness (ME/cfs) that makes me make the same journey once again, to deal with people who don’t get it, to find ways to deal with my challenges again and again, and to keep on getting up when I fall. All thanks to the coping mechanisms I learned throughout my stuttering journey. I wish there would be more approaches for PWS, side by side, (massage, yoga, qigong, Mindfulness, NLP, public speaking, self esteem training etc) to deal with all the aspects of stuttering. Thanks for standing with us.
